Theres about a 5mm bend in the new chassis also.
Plus, i doubt your dremel can get to the required tolerances on what Losi spec'd on the milled areas.

I have been using the TFT chassis for about a month now, but I was wondering about what chassis brace to use with it? I currently have the aluminum brace that I was using on the old chassis. Should I use the plastic one?

I've been a losi man since the 1/10 offroad days (JRX was my first Losi) and I thought that their quality and finishing was among the best around until this arrived save yourself some money and do it yourself you'll probably do a better looking job
Could you or someone else post some good pics and measure(mil-spec not required) the depth and dimensions of said milling.
