Default building a track

what would one need to build a good track? tractor i know of and dirt. but whats the next things make me a list homies.. im wanting to build a track out back here..

bobcat
shovels
rakes
wheel barrell
tamper-roller
good design
interest
able bodied volunteers that work for pizza and beer and have their own excavating equipment!

Here's pics of the track we built it's finish yet we still need to setup the jump it's not hard if you have the right equipment.

beleive it or not their is only 3 of us built the track. track size is approximately 125x150 a lot of hard work and commitment to build a track We are located in central california (Exeter, CA).

Where is that exactly? Good work on what you have so far. Yes it is alot of work for just three guys, but like they say "If you build it , they will come". Don't be suprised though if at the end of the day its still just you three or just a handfull of guys that do all the work while many come to race. Seems that finding racers to run on a track is never an issue, but track maint. (after its built) and turn marshalls almost always is an issue. Might have to look you guys up one of these days if I get over that way,
