Default Hyper 9 in the new CarAction

RCCarAction has the hyper 9 prototype in it this months magazine. Ofna wastes no time, it has the lay down engine just like their new mini.

My first RCCarAction issue was May 1997, and upon seeing an OFNA ad for their products, i thought OFNA will be crappy forever. Seems like things really change eh?

They said it's the first buggy to be designed solely by Ofna and Hobao.
They only thing I saw that I didn't like was the steering linkage.

When is the expected time of arrival? Hobao really keep on staying competitive in the 1/8th nitro buggy scene...

No release date set it's still in testing. Here is a scan of the page. If I shouldn't be posting scans let me know I'll remove it. I do recommend buying RCCarAction magazine. RCCarAction Magazine May 2008

Edit added page 2

Geez that looks very interesting!

Definately some new ideas in there, just hope its not one of those cars with useless ideas like the team magic.

Cant wait to see one go

Wow, the car looks even narrower than the 8ight. Anyone else notice the PENSKE-like smaller wing between the rear wing support pylons?

I'd have to see this girl naked to really know what she's made of, but the teasing sure got my attention so far
