Don't waste your time going to look at it. But if you do and get to the locked vault the username/password is ofna/ofna. All you see is a restricted area sign and a set of eye balls looking back to you. As much as I like the Hyper series its BS like this that is starting to turn me off.

Heh, when I click it I get a black page that says "Sorry, the site keeps crashing during upload. Hopefully it will be up soon." At least my Hyper 8 is a lot of fun to drive, and if I don't see the Hyper 9 I won't start making plans to spend $500.00+ more dollars I don't have.

With all the innovative design used in a modern buggy i wonder why they don't do a very simple thing, to lower the cg - put the shocks backwards - with the shock body connected to the arms and the shaft to the shock tower ?

I've seen such a design in a home made buggy 30 years ago...and it held up well.

Default I'm Ready

So far I like what I see. The shocks you can do what you want. I think good 13mm.s should be fine.(keeping the weight down) I'm not sure about the smaller bearings yet, but it makes sence on the weight thing. Overall I like it. Plus if scares the L.s-M.s-AE.s and such it'll be worth it. I love it when the outcast gets 'em.

Because that increases unsprung weight which is worse than a slightly higher centre of gravity.

Are they gonna use adjustable shock collars, or will you have to use the inserts? I'd hate it when the car gets nailed in a race, and one of those things pops off...then your weight transfer is all screwy...

I gotta jump in here and say. There is so much smart design in this buggy. Like common sense stuff. Check the molded tank with fuel routing points. Sweet! You will see much of this copied if it proves itself. Not warm and fuzzy with the whole linkage setup though I understand why it is that way. Definitely by neccesity not design!
