I find it curious that reliability and ease of maintenance were not considered top priorities for the H9 design; especially that mains are an hour long and will fell all but the most robust cars. Mega-optimized weight distribution doesn't mean diddly if your car can't make it to the finish line.

What makes you think it won't make it?

I never said I didn't think it wouldn't, I was merely commenting on the stated criteria for their new platform. I happen to think that reliability is a higher priority than pure performance.

Only thing i see on it that i dont like is the brake linkage setup. They say it works well but it just seems kinda flimsy and weak to me. I also dont like the tiny steering knuckles, they say they are tough but so are the damn pipes i hit.

I like the looks of it. (The body looks cool too IMO) I'm not going to go out and buy one, but it looks like a good buggy. The idea of the off-set motor is cool, but I see a lot of broken cooling heads when running the different major brands of motors. Would like to see Big Bore Shocks on it, and I'm not to sure about there rear brake setup just yet.

Only time will tell. Lucky for us, we have a local sponsored Habao driver. I bet we'll get to see one in action soon!

those plastic parts are machined, not molded. It is a prototype after all.

Looks like all they need to do is polish up the proto molds and crank out some production units. As for milling the cylinderhead on the engine .... That's a knife going somewhere to cut some person's fingers !! Totally dumb! hopefully that is just someones' gooffy idea and not ment for production. It does however state how layed over the mill is
