I think Mac is a separate entity that modifies engines to their own specs, similar to what JP does with engines.

That CMD .21 looks to be similar in design to the CMB engines, which , are good engines.

I couldnt find out where they're located, but the engine was under $200.

The CMD mac21 , great value for money,

their is only one version of the mac motor , you can buy standard or modified , the standard motor with a 12 th clutch bell is a excellent and the modified motor with standard gearing is also a good motor, not the best fuel ecc , but good motors none the less...

wallnutz not doubt they have a good reputation in the US for quality boat motors... Built by CMB to Andy Browns specs....

I race boats as well... CMB use to have the tooling and equipment and use to build all of Andy Browns motors until CMB stole the jig's and tooling... Andy has been in the process of setting up their own shop with the right equipment down in Florida and it has been nothing but stumbles through the entire process but I think he is finally set up and making product... last I heard .21 motors were a ways out.

The buggy motor he makes runs good, however I have only ran it on an A outboard, but his .21 boat motors are top notch... when you can get them.

Just a little input from my end.

Dave
