One comes assembled. That should be the only difference.

the race roller comes with better tires! that's about it!

Of course it has a different set up, the other kit comes in pieces, subject to any set up, the race roller is pre assembled with a factory set up. But you are correct, the manual suggested set up in the kit is different. but they both have the same manual.

the race roller is more money dude. I also heard a rumour that the plastics are better in the race roller as it is a newer kit.

lookslike im picking up the prokit with tons of hop ups and a modded 21-5 from ceo mods,should be a rocket

go look,

the cheapest I've seen the kit is $499 (multiple places)

I've seen the roller as low as $419 (ultimate hobbies)
