2050 pipe will work but your mileage may suffer along with some bottom.
highly recommend the 086 3 chamber versions made by Novarossi ,they simply work best. Or if you can find one, the Mielke 2011 pipe set !
The JP2 pipe will work but your milage will be horrible and your bottomend will suffer as things get hot. Basically the same thing will happen with the 2050 too. Now if it were a 21BF then the 2050 would work fine

Default p5xs

i have just finsihed breaking in my novarossi p5xs with a jp-03 pipe run well together but that engine has insane low end think i will need chnage the clutch setup for my track as it to sharp. i have a feeling the combo with th jp-03 will be a fuel guzzeler which aint good for racing so i have a back up pipe the nosram efra racing pipe which works well with my RB engine so hope if i have probs with the jp03 it will work with the p5xs if not im going get me a matched pipe for it.

The 2050 will make it run like a dog compaired to others. It is designed to smooth out a 3 port that is peaky. I have tried and tried with this pipe to no avail. Think about how the VSpecs run from top to bottom and as soon as a guy goes to the OS pipe then they seem to love it. I have 2 of the 2050s and I do love them.

I run the 086 with a longer header and the 053. These run well and are based on designs by Nova themselves. I also run the JP-2 and my engine runs fine with it. Last weekend I was running 10:30 per tank in by 8ight.

So far my favorite has been the RB2045 with the 192mm header. It is not as abrupt as the JP pipes but the fuel milage is through the roof.

Hope this helps.

Ok, which pipe were you running when you were getting 10 minutes out of the motor?

The RB 2045 gives you the run time. The motor will lose a little low end grunt but the fuel milage is almost a minute more than the JP-2.

You might try the JP-4. It is my understanding it is almost the same thing as the 2045. It might be a little easier to come by also.

Hope this helps,
