hey all.. have been reading on another thread about v-specs breaking, so i thought i would start a thread and let the fur fly!!!! i run v-specs and prefer them over other engines i've ran....LET'S GET IT STARTED!!!!!

reguardless of how other people treat it, I still think the V-spec is unbeatable, Price/fuel economy/ Power, and if it gets at least 6 gallons, I'm happy. I haven't poped one off personally so mine have been pretty lucky so far

ive got a lrp .28.

this if my first engine, i havnt been in the sport for too long, havnt even seen any others up close, let alone raced against one!!

i THINK my lrp .28 would keep up with most of you guys. i have a 18T, 14T, and a 12T clutch for extra speed too

my pointless vote: lrp ftw!

Go 5 port turbo great price and a awesome engine.I am going to the the 3 port turbo and try it out.

yeah, i would also prefer a PS over a starter box any day, roto start would be nice but i hear it sucks.

Pull starts are awesome for a lower level driver but pull starts dont always work .Also a start box starts it easier.

The Dynamite Platinum .21 or the Sportwerks V2 .21 would be good choices also. For the money they are both hard to beat and are well proven.
