I and almost everyone that run futaba servos uses the BLS351's. There are some new BLS352's coming out that have more torque but I don't know if you want to wait. Those are the ideal servos(BLS351's) for truck/buggy. Use it for both throttle/brake and steering.

I use BL451s in my 8ight B for both servo duties, no complaints so far. I do like the feel from them vs my old Airtronics 358s.

I just ran a Futaba BLS9351 in my buggy for steering at the Nitro Challenge last week. Incredible. Well worth it.
I have the BLS9451 for throttle/brake for about 2 months without any problem.

Ive ran almost every servo out there and I have run them in rain and mud all of them work very well but the only ones that I have now that still work after all the beating is my KO PROPO Ultra High torque.

I have been running the Futaba BLS 451 servos and have had one fail on me (throttle). Put my trusty s3591 back in and now have to send away my BLS.

Dont get me wrong I like the new BLS so quick and quiet but a little anoyed one has failed allready and yes it was Set up correctly...!

My 2c

Cheers

Tim

Ps the new jrs look good..

Is it a good idea to use the new Futaba 9156 for truggy/mt steering? Is it water and dust resistant? Thanks.

I'm currently running a Futaba S9451 (121/0.10) servo for about 9 months now as a throttle/brake servo. Did 4 gallons in a CEN Matrix truggy and has lasted 6 gallons in a servo-eatin' 8T!! Wouldn't hesistate to get another one.
