Default Ninja 28 shimming

After reading all the threads on here and truggyracers about the ninja line of motors I still cant find the answer. I have a ninja 21 and 28, bought both of them used so I'm not sure about how many shims came installed from the factory. I will be running 30% O'Donnell fuel and I need to know how much to shim the head button. I live in SoCal so I believe I'm pretty much at sea level. The ninja 21 currently has 3 0.1mm shims for a total of .3mm. The 28 has 2 shims; a alum .3mm and a copper .1mm for a total of .4mm. Does anyone know the correct amount to use? Should the 21 and 28 be the same? During my research the consensus was to use 3 shims total but they don't say which 3 to use. Any help from ninja gurus is appreciated.
Thanks
