can i convert my gt2 from rot carb to a slide
 

Im pretty new to the r/c world i purchased a rc10 gt2 rs. im looking to upgrade my motor, but dont really know what to look for. ive looked at the o.s engines and found a few that i like but it seems that most of them have slide carbs.. or the crank shaft looks alot different, please help me.

one of my sponsored drivers was telling me about this mod he did.. said he flipped the throttle servo around and did it pull pull.. the only custom work was to grind down the chassis brace to allow clearance for the slide carb.

he is running his gt2 with a jammin 12 engine..
