Unhappy marder wont work

when turn it on it revs like mad when i put the choke up how do i sort it out thanks tom

well its not really a choke its basically another trotlle you should twist it between low revs and high revs and start it and warm it up and you should be on your way hope this works!!!!!!!!!!!!
