first find your exhaust leak, a cheap way to fix that is just the way one other guy on the forum said get some high temp RTV. put a small beed around the leak and let it sit for alittle bit. that could be why your having the high temp. just sort out the easiest thing first then it just might fix your other problem.
How man cars/trucks do you have?

i have 3 nitro going on 4 and i have one electric.
T-Maxx 2.5 modified race motor set up for racing
Nitro Rustler (Stock)
1/8 Scale Nitro Thunder Quake Modified .21 race motor (rebiulding at the moment)
And the one on they way is a CEN Matric TR Arena with a .28
And I have an Old School Clod Buster with front and rear motor and four wheel steering (in the process of restoring)
