lexan scissors and dremel. simple and effective.

I start out by drilling a hole or two in the middle of the surface to be cut out. Then I use my lexan scissors to cut out the large areas and do the fine tuning with a dremel tool.

I use the score and tear method and then kleen up with sand paper or a dremel.... Once you try this method and get the hang of it, it's faster and easier than sissors

i make a hole with my reamer, then use a dremel.
