Thanks. Yes I just use the cheap xxxmain mask and try to pic colors that look cool together. I'm obviously not a pro like these other guys, but I have fun painting, so thats why I do it. I used to use spray cans and tape, but that got old and it was hard to get creative with paint colors when using cans. You don't have to have someone do it for you, instead put that extra money into an airbrush and paint. After a few bodies you paid for the brush, and its a fun part of the hobby anyways. You can get a little better every time you do one, and some day maybey somone will want you to paint one for them! On the flip side, if your $loaded$ and don't mind paying... those professional painters really do good work. One guy that used to come around the track often could really paint some kick a$$ stuff and his prices were good! His name was Blade, I'll have to look up his info but not sure if he's still messing with RC stuff.

With all the new sticker kits coming out, will painting be a thing of the past? In my opinion stickers are for lazy people,... but I guess thats most of us..ha ha ha.

paint can days...

First buggy airbrush job ever back on my Hyper8..! That thing was a tank!

First ever airbrush job RC10GT 1/10th truck.

Some day I'll get sick of painting flame schemes, but for now I like them.

Peace...

Guess I'll share too
Ready for my first full season at our local track. The MP-6 is still doing just fine after several years of bashing.

D'OH! Fixed and fixed again. Frustrated enough with the [img] that I forgot to check the link like I usually do. Enjoy some "old school"

Thanks pracy,
I came close to getting a new buggy last year at the same time I bought a new engine for it. But there is nothing wrong with it. Since then I picked up a roller on ebay so I feel better. There is a small problem getting some parts and a few are discontinued but the roller should help me keep going for awhile. Bashing it for several years I only really broke one or two parts. Now that I'm at a track I have broken some a-arms and stripped a couple of caps off my shocks but I'm getting it figured out. Hopefully I'll stop doing that real soon! I'm looking forward to being involved in my first complete season. Last year was my first track year but didn't have time to go out there.

Are there pics of yours on here??
