Cheers mate . No i didn't paint it. One of my mates over here in the UK painted it, Wez. Had the shell scheme going for about 3 years now (had it on my touring cars) and every shell i've had there has been little changes here and there to make it look even better.

these are my trucks not much but they are something.
i have a 1/8th himoto mega-p mxt 2-s with a 2 speed tranny and .18 team infinity engine
the other is a redcat volcano sv with a vx 18 engine.

ha I noticed something funny that guy's rocking the spektrum logo but has a full length antenna tube what's up with that? I just thought it was funny

I dont get it...

does it make a difference if your antenna is about 5 inches long, and the hose it goes in is about 10 inches. I cut it down to size but was just wondering.

Only reason I have the full length is because I run the spektrum DX3R system and they say you cant bend the antenna at the tip like I always did in the past. Some people say it's fine, Others have had problems from bending it. I'm not taking any chances.

I swear the clear tip part is put there so you have a part to bend??? If that piece is not there for that reason, then could someone explain to me what it is??? Little confused now lol

The techs at horizon say not to bend the tip of the antenna under the cap because it's a coax wire

Still confused, so that clear part is a coax wire? I thought only the grey section was coax??? Forgive me for being slow on this one!
