Default GRP engines???

could this mean the end of the mugen ninja line??? the GRP line looks like a rebadged ninja with a different cooling head...

Not sure about that, since I have seen pics of a new Ninja with a lightnened and drillled out head like the Novarossi's. Also, GRP maybe be selling these, I believe to Horizon Hobbies. I was told they are doing a series of engines just for them.

thanks for the info...that helps to clear up a few of the questions in my head...it just seemed strange that GRP would have 2 series of race engines, but i guess the ninjas are built for the Mugen brand by GRP and not the GRP brand...

grp makes these engines under 4 brands: ninja, boss, falcon, and now grp!

I have the Falcon... still not sure if I like it. Only because I haven't found a pipe I like on it yet. JP3 is rediculos... gets up on the pipe and turns on like a light switch to ludicrus speed. And that's with it in my truggy. lol

i have heard good things about running the novarossi 86 and 53 pipes, also the bullit 1005 pipe.

I have heard these engines are made of a special rubber compound which heats up after a few laps which gives better tyre wear and improved traction!!

WTF, yea ive heard that the Falcon engine is really good, will be considering in getting one at the start of next year.

not sure you can buy the falcon unless there is a distributor of Crono buggies in your country, here in Australia we do have a distributor you ll find the thread in Australian racing on 2nd page "falcon engines".
