Hey X. I keep missing you on your forum. Did you get more recruits?

I'd have to say a great truck to set-up, drive, upgrade, race is a GT2. I have a couple friends with XXX-NT or the Drake gas trucks and they drive a little different. But that's mostly set-up I think. Tuning with the GT2 is great. Plus you'll have a local (me) who can help you. I'd narrow it down to the GT2 or the XXX-NT. I favor the GT2 though.

You need to get to Hutch on Fridays to watch the gas truck racing. It was awesome last friday. I WON!!!

I started the season racing a xxx-nt and could barely finish a race with the truck in one piece--and there was no way i could keep up with the brushless/lipo guys. Bought the gt-2 and it has been a totally different story i have won about half the races i have run, other times i have had some electrical issues (got that all fixed now). Long story short GT2--nuff said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmmmm

Well i have an Extra Traxxas jato 3.3 laying around that i could use and could put most of the money into it and race

Take out 3.3 put single speed in there pop in a .12 or .15,all new servo's etc...
But thene i am thinking about geting the Gt2 kit and building it and saleing jato for money and that money going into gt2,Hmmmmm

Kinda wanna race jato sense i already have it and can put around 300 Buck's in it,Hmmmmmmmmm i still dont know.

This I found on the GT2 thread on page 38. My truck the day I cut out the body. That was a while back. I'm at work so I can't post any pics right now.

or you could get a ftgt a little bird told me there will be a couple for sale pretty soon.

to the guy that suggested the hpi,, will that truck become as big and reliable as the hellfire or the mt2? i would get an hpi to fart around with but the little things like the reliability issue and parts availability prevent me from doing so
