Hey guys, I know this is the offroad forum but I wanted to give you all a heads up on a new on-road race series that HB will be running all of next year. Its a great opportunity for you to try out some on-road if you ever been interested and we're offering up some pretty decent prizes. The first event will be on Dec. 16th at Bending Corners Raceway in Orange.

*This is a series of individual events. There are no points and prizes are offered at each individual race.

Here is a link to the flyer.

Crazy 4wd- The setup that we always start with (and normally end up running) is listed below.

*First drill your shock piston holes out with a 1.4mm drill bit (this is of utmost importance)

Front:
Oil: 32.5wt
Piston:1.4mm (drilled)
Spring: HB white

Rear:
Oil: 30wt
Piston:1.4mm (drilled)
Spring: HB white

All stock camber locations. (stock refers to the initial settings that the car came with. Refer to your instruction manual for these)

Diff Fluid:
Front: 5,000wt
Center: 4,000wt
Rear: 3,000wt

Hope this helps

Black- We may try to make it to the east coast this year. Travis is actually the team manager....he spends his days working on important, top secret business, and i monitor the tech boards to keep people up to date.

A bette question might be when are you coming out here? Why do I always have to make the trek. 8-P

I have some questions about the new truggy:

The center diff mount: Why is it so damn hard to get the center diff out? Why isnt the mount in two pieces, so you dont need to take it all apart to get it out?

The rear and front suspension arms: Why are they attached with e-clips? It would be a lot easy to get the diff out if it was with attached a screw and a nut.
