+1 to what Chad said. If you are having corosion or premature wear than those issues are being caused by other factors. I've been running Trinity Platinum 30% for 2 years now and haven't had any issues with anything. I can easily run over 10:30 with the fuel in my Ex-Tech and the temps range between 180-200. Another nice aspect is that it doesn't burn your eyes up like some of the other fuels mentioned.

Not just pushing my sponsors but merely stating the facts.

I have used Trinity Fuels for 3+ years. I highly recommend Trinity 30% Platinum fuel, very consistent blend from gallon to gallon. If tuned properly I would think running only 8% vs 12% oil would have very little effect on motor longevity.

Thanks for posting that Chad. The gallon of 30% I got from you at Motorama ran great, and I am looking forward to trying this fuel this season. Mark

I ran this fuel and hated it. espec. when wind blew the smoke in my face (adjusting Low speed screw),(and I dont think ill ever buy another engine if low speed screw is on the lower end(towards flywheel) ((Maybe the reedy engine though)) I had to literally walk away and gag. Terrible smell and burns eyes. I have 1 gallon left and i will be using it for the burning barrel.

I am now using Odonnel 30% but will be switching to maybe sidewinder as odonnell is 30+ dollars a gallon(it will go up after LHS last 2 gallons are gone, if he ever orders more), and sidewinder is 20 or 22 dollars or so.

I have run Trinity platinum 30 when I started racing 3 years ago and ran it for two years never had a problem. Then I had a chance to switch to TQ fuel and had all kinds of problem with tuning and rust, that lasted half a summer had some of the worst finishes ever had. Then a good friend got me away from TQ and ran Nitrotane seemed to run good so I thought I had some bad luck with rust and bearings failing less then one gallon per motor. But the end of last summer I switched back to Trinity platinum 30 runs great no rust, hell I don't even empty the tank any more. You need to stick with what works I think Trinity is one of the most consistent fuels on the market. IMHO

Default trinity platinum fuel

I have been running 30% platinum fuel for a number of yrs and have never had a problem with any of my motors and have never found any rust or had a single issue with my motors at all.It is great fuel and i'm not saying this because they are my sponsor i'm just talking from experience.

I'm new to Plat 30 this season. So far so good. Can and will report more once my season actually starts. But I recently ran with it at MotoRama and it ran very well. As for smell, I tend to agree with Slay...OD is not nostril friendly...
not that any of our fuels are, but OD and Werks, IMO, are the least friendly. You can run Parma Speed Scent though. It comes in several nostril friendly scents and I will very likely use it myself.
