how long are we going to have to wait?

the 2008 Season is beginning, Silverstate Nitro challenge is coming up, and the Jammin x2 CRT is STILL not out. Any news on when this is to be released? Who do I have to kick back to get one before mid 2008?

I am starting to get impatient, luckily the X1x with BCE chassis, super big bores and losi low profile wheels is doing well for me, but things are starting to get worn out, and it's time to get replaced.

The bad part about that release date is that the price will be jacked up due to demand. You know that supply will be low also. I have new motors, servos and tires ready. I'm planning on running my old CRT until at least mid July. Damn shame that we have to wait this long.

This is not the X2, it is the X-1X, the current truck with the 16mm shocks.

I think it will be worth waiting for, but I am an impatient sort. Price is really not a concern, getting it on the release date or before is.

Hope to have it before Silver State Nitro.. looking forward to it!

Is there going to be an upgrade kit for current CRT owners? How many parts are going to be interchangeable so that current owners know what to keep?

From what I heard you can not cost effectivly upgrade from your X1CRT to the new X2 because the only shared parts are the gear boxes, a-arms tie rods and rod ends. everything else is pretty much brand new!

Just asking, will the layout of the new crt be any different in the layout of the BCE PJX chasis? Or the concept of the new crt be the same to the ones using the BCE conversion? Thank you.

Will you offer an upgrade kit for our X1 CRTs?

That's an I don't know question, from what i heard before that we would not offer a conversion kit for the change-over because cost wise it close to kit being that the only thing that was the same on the CRT was gearbox and suspension arms, but you never know.

this is from one of the employees at Ofna/Jammin
