Ok well finally invested in a setup system and now, im wondering what would i adjust to help keep the car from wanting to spin out at the end of the straight, i am for ever getting in a drift at the end of the straight and loosing speed. At the minute the car has immense steering but the rear is a bit loose at speed while cornering.
What is your current setup and what kind of surface are you running on?
you can also do that mod on the losi shocks because of how the piston mounts to the shaft. It wont puncture the bladder. On the mbx-6 however the nut and threads that are exposed will go right threw the bladder.
That is what happen to mine. The car felt real good until the fluid came out.
You can move the rear hubs forwards and rear upper link to top hole on the shock tower. Also moving the top shock position out on tower. Those should help.
I am not getting enough steering on power through the curves. Off power is fine. It's almost like the car doesn't have enough steering. I have a stock setup to the "T" except 35 rear and 40 fr. I am going to try 5 7 5 fluid and aka city blocks. How do other cars steer compared to the 6?? Oh, how does a chassis (bce) help steering?
I have more steering with the 6 than I know what to do with, I am also dialing out steering. I don't know why you( dreaux) aren't getting enough steering?

I am finding the same thing as you dreaux. Not enough on-power steering. It will just push out wide on the corners while on-power.

Hey Joe how are things going with the Chassis ?
did you come with a good set up?
