Default 2-speed Truggy

Hi expert buddies,

vic here. May I know why truggies like Inferno ST or Hobao Hyper ST do not have 2 speed tranmission ?

Isn't it nice to have 2 speed on those cars.

In my opinion, 2 speed or 3 speed is the most efficient for car engine output, learning for the evolution of Full scale cars history.

Your truggy is a few feet in the air and the nose is almost pointing at the ground. You slam the trigger to full throttle to bring that nose up. The truggy shifts and around you go...backflip...crash.

That's what I think would happen, especially if your engine is putting down a lot of power.

I've got a friend with a 2 speed big block revo and he hasn't had any backflips yet...but his time will come lol.

For racing a single speed is enough you can change your clutch bell or spur gear to meet your needs on the track. Two speed would be good if you just bash around, the only truggy that I know of that has 2 speed is the XTM Mammoth

Default Buggy springs put on Inferno GT

thanks all for your reply.

For Kyosho Inferno GT, can I use the 4 springs from inferno buggy and put them onto the Inferno GT ? As for the tyres, I know that the buggy tyres can fit.

Thanks,

Regards,
Victor
