id have to agree, its pretty pointless to diss a buggy when it hasnt even touched the race track by anyone on here.

it is getting pretty hard to design and innovate now from what i have seen in the past 7yrs, to stay on topic, ive seen SH engines run against RB,Nova,OS and like mentioned if its builts well and run in by the racer then it wont dissapoint which it is.

the buggy does have a number of sweet feats and all we can do is wait for it to land on our shores, this happens to every new buggy that comes out and judging by what can be made out it looks promising.

the youtube clip of it shows that it holds its ground fairly well.

Yep SH must make some pretty poor engines hey..thats why the likes of NOSRAM, LRP, SPORTSWERKS, DYNAMITE, LOSI etc have SH build their engines.

if you used that forum as a guide you would never waste money on a NOVA engine again.

You guys thought that STS had problems, SH's problems are passing STS with engine failures.

SH engines are potent, but when they fail, they really fail .

I see Kemo, i see. btw the new sts engines are very nice Kemo. So what engines do not fail? All will have a problem at some point. Infact some of the italian engines are the worst for it, It just hurts a lot more when they cost twice as much.

You hear more about the italian mills failing because they are sold at a MUCH greater rate.

STS had a HUGE batch of shoddy cranks and it got bad enough for people to ditch STS all together and avoid them at all costs.

SH seems to be having a problem too with their manufacturing. If you guys want pics of SH Detonation, I can happily post them here... I just gotta get this member to send me the pics

The only problems i had when running a SH based engine was the carbi sleeve seperating from the carbi, Apart from this the engines gave me good service.

So many factors can be a caused for engine fail. Usually its reving the crap out of it on the box when an engine is cold, i see this all the time.

Poor fuel ie poor quality oil, or not not enough oil within a given mix.

Bearings seem to be a big problem for engine manufactures, but again it all comes down to how a person treats his/her engine.

What a bad one way does to a SH:

That one isn't bad though, i'm still waiting on him... he takes great pics of bad engine failures.

what does that have to do with the car?

so it was a bad one way, mabey the main bearing was bad, or you could just use a backplate.

Seriously, what race engines have you ever seen with pull starts?

I can see the wear of the contact from the backplate, but is the crank bent as well?
