I just got done changing the fluids in my RC8. It was set up as 5-7-3. I swapped out the front and center and it's now 5-5-3. I have only driven it in my yard so it's hard to tell how it's tracking now. We'll see once I get it to the track.

if you need more turn in drop down in the front. this helps the diff act like a open differential. so the diff is not trying to overcome the resistance of thicker fluid so each wheel is then more independent from the other and can turn at a different speed to make the corner.

On a bumpy/rutted/blown out track going thinner in all the diffs will help smooth out the car, as each diff(front to rear) and each tire is working more independently.

if you are loose in the rear end drop down in diff oils....for same reasons....
