Default I don't understand

Hey Guys,

I know that Ace has the DS1015 servo. But it seems as Associated has the same thing. Link Scroll below. What's the deal? Is Associated just putting a sticker on the Ace servo or are they making their servo with that same spec?

ace servos are really Thunder tiger servos, and thunder tiger owns associated. so it might just be a rebadged thunder tiger servo. oh yeah, ace is thunder tiger's distributor.

Same servos. It's just a marketing idea. Just like the Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 and so on. Some people like the Associated name and will look at these servos more than they would under the Ace name.

its OEM manufacturing. some random company in china churns out hundreds of thousands of the things, and different companies just buy batches of them, and stick their own stickers on. its cheaper than makeing them themselves.
