That is a DX2.0, click here for the link. The guys are talking about the DX3R, which is due out soon. I got to hold one a few weeks ago, i think you guys will be surprised at how light it is with normal AA's in it. Very comfortable with no tennis-grip or anything like that also.

theres the link i was at, it turns out it comes with a 2nd receiver . why would i want/need 2?? just in case one breaks or what?? i hate to pay 250$ for 2, when i can pay 160 and get the one (like the link you said), are they not the exact same, but the 250 one has 2 remotes??

it comes with two receivers so you can put them in two cars and use one remote because its a module and not using crystals.

spetrum dx3r anyone seen this

Here's another thread about the DX3R. I've had the 3.0 for a 1 1/2 years and liked it. But once I got a 3PK I felt much better about driving. The manual for the 3.0 didn't explain stuff very well, but I was a newbie at the time too.

I missed out last night at our LHS. A guy showed up that had the new DX3R and let everyone check it out. Like Lars said, they were amazed at how light it is. And since it uses 4AA batteries it's really light. They compared it to holding an older AM radio without the batteries in. Also the thumbwheel on the back for scrolling through the menus is easy to use, according to them. The one they saw didn't have a backlite in it cause it was a prototype. I'd imagine a backlight might take more juice than the 4AA's can provide. But I'm no engineer so IDK. I was jealous though.

You must not be too bright. There are no crystals because it is 2.4GHz. They give you two receivers as a bonus, its free for the same price. You may only have one car, but you might get another one later and you can put the extra receiver into that. If not, you can sell the extra receiver. Besides, we are talking about the new DX3R not the DX3.0.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

do you know how to change the seals in an inverted DH race fork, or maybe you know how to hook up a saint derailleur without using a saint cassette and hub, and would i need the saint hydraylic brake mount, or will my hayes brakes work with the saint hub?

i bet you dont... must not be too bright of a guy then
