i bet you dont... must not be too bright of a guy then
Sorry for implying that you weren't too bright, didn't know you were new to R/C cars and tranmitters. To answer your other question, yes I know how to change the seals in an inverted downhill fork and everything else involved in bicycles. I use to be a head mechanic and manager of a big bike shop and I use to race on-road and downhill bikes before I moved here.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

ok well then how do i change the seals in the fork then, i also wanna completely rebuild them. how would i get a shimano saint m800 g2 rear derailleur to hook 13-30 cassette, then what does that cassette need to be hooked up to, will the sram hub fit a saint cassette in order to have that derailleur on?. will the brakes i have now work properly with the saint hub? am i going to have to get break therapy?? and i also recently had my front brakes bled, the guy at the bike shop said that in the 20 years hes been workin on bikes, hes NEVER seen hydraulic fluid sooo black, what would have caused that exactly, dont say from over using it. my lines are also 100% air tight (obviously, they are hydraulic

To answer your question about crystals. Crystals are made out of a thin piece of crystal. It vibrates and sends off a certain frequency. Your transmitter and receiver have a matching pair of crystals. The transmitter sends a signal to your receiver and in return it tells your servos to do what you want. Now with a 2.4GHz (Spektrum in your case) it does not have a crystal. It transmits a signal on a single selected frequency but on a very wide band. Only a small portion of that band is used for specially encoded information.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

Hey Mugen, have you checked out Spektrums website? It has good info about the switch to 2.4g.

if you mean what kind of distance you can get with your car...it'll keep going until you can't see it anymore.

the new radio is going to be awesome. they had one out at a labor day race up here in indiana and that thing is sweet. it is light, well balenced and easy to see menu. nice big wheel too boot. its pprobably lighter than my jr xs3pro without the batteries in it or mabye lighter but definatly better feel.
