Default Just got my XTM X-Cellerator Today

i just got my XTM X-Cellerator today and i wont be breaking it in till early friday morning. i have a couple Questions.

1. whats a good site that will tell me how to do a proper break in. i have the instructionsand i am going to use them unless someone sais otherwise.

2. Fuel: what is the best fuel for this truck

3. is there anything i should change or replace on this truck before i even run it?

4. i am new to nitro but have ran electric for sometime now. im confused on this whole motor tuning thing. like being to rich and what not. how will i ever know my truck is running perfect?

just tell me your thoughts and whatever. thanks

Everyone breaks in the motor their own way.. there shoyuld be some directions on how to break it in..

here is how i do it

heat up engine to 200 with heat gun 1st b4 starting..on the 1st 6 tanks.

start and idle 1st 2 tanks.. .

3rd tank do 1/4 throttle runs doing 3-5 seconds and 1/4 throttle... never jump to 1/4 but ease up to it....

4th tank 1/2 throttle

5th tank 3/4 throttle

6th tank full throttle

this is how i do it and it seems to work.. but everyone will tell you a diff way so do what u think is best...

however i would also tell you to take back that XTM and get a rc10gt2.. you will have a better experience with AE....XTM is just not that good of a product..... we have a saying XTM stands for eXtra Time and Money... but if money is tight i understand.... im just trying to save you from having to spend more money..
