Default Piston out of Sleeve

ok, i need to get the piston and sleeve out of my stupid force .25 engine and i've tried the technique where u stick some zipties in the exhaust port and move the flywheel around to push the sleeve up but it just wont move. can someone tell me another way to get it out.

thanks
-Tyson

Throw it in the garbage . Just kidding . I had to use a screw driver through the exhaust to free it up a little and then the zip ties worked .

Have you got any of the sleeve above the top of the crankcase. If you have, wrap a clean rag around a set of pliers and gently pull the sleeve out.

Heating will help. Also, please tell me you've taken the conrod off of the crank first if you're trying to remove both.

Heat the crankcase up with the flywheel on the engine then use as many zip ties as you need (the large ones work best) use big pliers to turn the flywheel. once you get the sleeve up high enough to get a screwdriver underneath the side just keep prying it out.
