Where are your engines at? A modder? My truggy is just a pile of parts on the counter right now. Some where between a total tear down and half rebuilt. Just waiting for new bearings to arrive in the mail before the rest can go back together.

Kazz says soft Gators work in buggy, so they should be alright in truggy too. I've never personally tried them there though.

C2 Hobbies is just down the street from the track and they should have anything you would need. They cater to 1/8th scale racers.

I run Mugen not Losi and I don't know what the difference is in final drive ratio's between the two, but I prefer a 14T bell. This track can get loose when it dries out so it helps to keep the tires hooked up...especially if you have a heavy trigger finger like I tend to.

Looking forward to this race more and more every day.

I have been running the 8ight for quite a while here, and I prefer the 13 over the 14. A lot of the time there are more tight sections then there are straightaways, but it may be differnt silverstate. But I will most likley run the 13t.

Yeah I sent my 367's out to CEO Power Mods for a once over before the season starts. Chris there has always done me right and is an all around nice guy. I don't have alot of time to do much in the way of going over motors or a break in, so out they went. That plus the fact I don't know a whole lot about the Rossi motors, well I know enough that the few guys I know that run them really like them. We'll see how they work out. Other than that I am pretty much ready to go. Thanks for the info in the tires, I like Panther tires and their Gator seems cloes to a Proline Crimefighter. If that dont work I hope the stock XTT's work.

Mikey,
Thanks, that should get me close. I usually run the 13 tooth just about everywhere, but always have a couple of 14's waiting just in case. Just under 3 weeks and its not comming fast enough.

I know Sin City RC is taking 3 weeks off of racing after this weekend. We are only 6 or 7 miles away, and out track is the public park, but we are getting good turn outs.

Track will be open this Sunday. Test and tune. $5 We will have the
scoring system all set up with all the monitors, music, and we may set
up a few races. Depending on how many people show up.

Toby

We will post pictures when we are rebuilding the track.

Quick questions: Do you have to have a personal transponder to run and how full is the registration list?
