built by SH, and very good for the price, but for another $20 you can get a GoTech 5 port....

Thumbs up

I run the .28 in my Mantis and I just can't lean it enough! I can lean it all day and it won't break 185! Craziest thing I ever saw. I never had a problem with a motor being abnormally cold before, usually I get em to hot. Thing has lots of punch and I get pretty good top end too. BTW, I truggy class on Sat. First time racing the truggy and the engine at the track. Also that was with a 9mm carb insert and now I have a 7.5mm insert in so I will see how it changes at the track next time. Fuel consumption wasn't bad at all, but I just want to see what happens.

From what I have seen everyone loves the .21 for the money. It gets killer fuel milage and I have seen quite a few fast guys with them in truggys, so they have good power. Not sure on longevity, but it should last if you take care of it, just like anything else.

Dynamite Platinum Series .21 is a GREAT engine for the money. My son used a 3 gallon old DPS .21 to place 26th at the buggy Nats. and qualify the the 08 Worlds.
Great power from bottom to top. Works good with either the Dynamite 086 or JP3 pipe.

watching you last guys last weekend changed my whole perception of engines. unless it is on a huge race track that runs wide open A LOT i think most engines are too fast. wheel spin costs you more than you think
