Default changing nitro fuel

jammin x1crfe, O.S. .21 VZ-B V-Spec, Jammin JP-2 pipe

What do I need to do if I change the brand of nitro fuel. I am currently using Blue Thunder 20%, but I want to try other brands. I've been thinking on using Trinity 20%. Will I have to change the glow plug too? Any help is appreciated.

You'll have to tune your engine accordingly to how the fuel reacts to it, but that's about it. You shouldn't need to switch plugs seeing as you're not changing the percentage of fuel you're running unless there's a huge difference.

When Morgan Fuels stopped making SideWinder 20% I went to O'Donnell 20%, I think all I really had to do was give the idle a little tweak and that was pretty much it.

I miss that SideWinder stuff though...not having to use after-run oil was awesome...

Since when has Morgan stopped making Sidewinder 20%? I've been using it all summer with no problems getting it from my dealer.

I dunno, I heard they stopped making it. I got my last gallon this spring & since then I haven't seen a drop of the stuff in any hobby shops in the area.
