proline road rage tires, those tires u have are gonna wear out so quick on the street. i had a jato with those tires, first day i had it the rear tires were bald. and maybe some new high torque servos (hitech, jr, futaba). and you have to get rpm a-arms, i've had the ones on my jato for a full year and they just won't break. def. better than alum ones.

p.s. dont get anything else from integy there stuff breaks a lot.

well that sucks a buddy of mine has always run the integy shocks on his t-maxx and says their great. oh well. better luck next time. what kinda shocks would you recommend? i checked out the pro-line 30 series tires and asked around. a lot of buddies recommend them so i think ill give them a shot.

i have been racing my Jato for a almost two years, i run the stock shocks on it, my next purchase for shocks is going to be the GTR kit from traxxas with the ti nitride coated shafts. the stock plastic ones have been holding up though, 60 plus races on them. changed the oil alot too and one set of seals. gone through more single speed kits than anything! some one has to make a steel kit for that.

i think someone does but i cant think of it right off the top of my head. ill let you know as soon as i figure it out. i put the stock shocks back on my rustler and they def ride better than those integy's. i guess i really didnt pay attention before.

i was messing with the shocks and the mounting holes, ran 40 in front and 35 rear, changed springs, tried this and that to make the truck hook up, ended up going back to stock setup and the truck handles better, i do run a sway bar on the rear to get the front to dig in a bit more. i traxxas setup out of the box was fine, i just needed to learn how to drive!

yeah dude i would go with the aluminum GTR shocks from the revo but u might have to mod some stuff but i don't know cuz i have a jato with the revo shocks on they're smoother than the normal gtr's on the jato. and yeah i would go with the 30 series wheels and tires if ur racing. if not just get 2.2's

yeah, i have been getting into a little racing at the local trac with some friends and some other people. did some road races the other day and you were right. those victory tires didnt last long at all. about 2 or 3 laps then they were smoother than a babies butt.

lol yeah, i think u should be good with the stock shocks and the 30 series wheels with proline 30 siries bowtie tires for racing. and for the street i would get the 2.2 rims with either the proline road rage or speed hawgs tires.
