Default Losi 8ight Buggy Clutch--Dumb Question
Dumb question why does the Losi 8ight RTR Buggy only come with 2 aluminum clutch shoes ?

the only reason i know of is to cut cost on the kit

No, the pro kit also comes with 4. 2 aluminum and 2 carbons.

doesn't the RTR kit come with a 2 shoe clutch period? Not a four shoe clutch like the Pro Kit version.

Yep, RTR=Two 6061 alum. Kit=Two alum. and Two carbon.

It is the same clutch/flywheel. The RTR is only equiped with two shoes. You need a shoe set, some springs and some of those little screws.
I would recommend the KH 7075 shoes, gold and green springs and a set of carbon shoes.
