Default Ceramic Bearings

i have the standard o.s. v-spec and i want to replace the front and rear bearings. i want to go with the ceramic bearings. what brand of ceramic bearings should i get? links would be nice. is this a good idea to replace the bearings? what engine improvement should i expect? thanks in advance.

You can tell what ones sell the most , just look at the Back Order bearings.
