Default Werks Customer Service A+++

i just bought a new werks B7.28PRO and after break in i went to the track for a race...while racing i was having a problem with the engine flaming out in the air when at idle still fling through the air...the engine would lean out and rev up and flame out, so upon inspecting the carb i noticed a fuel leak at the boot over the carb slide, so i called werks today and let them know what had happened, while talking things over we came up with the plan to just put a new carb on the engine, so the guys at werks went back into the shop and took the carb off of Jeremy Kortz engine and sent it out to me....now thats great customer service!!!!!!!!! LOL sorry Jeremy its mine now!!!!!!!!

Pitdog,
Ron is very quick to help and answer questions on www.sgrid.com .
I'm not sure that he comes on here.
If you are not a member there you can always send an email to werks with attention Ron in the heading and he will get it.

Werks is second to none when it comes to customer service or help, you just need to contact them.

Mike Battaile did the same thing for one of my partners. He gave him the carb righ off of his engine, because my partner had broke his idle screw off in the carb.

Werks Racing Team are some awesome guys.
