Shock ends
steering tie rod ends (get servo tie rod ends, are thicker)
13 t Clutch bell
44, 46 & 48 Teeth spur gears

If you wanted to be super safe and set yourself up for the next 6 months- 1 year, I would also recommend keeping the following, just in case of bad crashes etc etc
1 x bulkhead
1 x driveshaft
1 x diff case
spare crown gear
spare pinion gear
spare wheel bearings
Cool thanks for the info. Exactly what I needed.

Well ran the Kaos for the first time today and it was great. Some things I noticed right away is this buggy likes to be driven through the corners ON POWER. It will hold a line all they way through the turn from beginning to end kind of like a Losi 8ight but much more stable and not twitchy. It is very dialed and turns excellent. Also the gearing is crazy!! Out of every turn it feels like you are sling shotted right out of the turn and it screams but point it straight and let go of the wheel and it goes straight, very nice and smooth. All this and I am running the old version!!! I have noticed what has been said about the shock springs being too soft, it wanted to scrub the front suspension on some jumps. Also I can see where it needs longer shocks up front like the newer ones have. Not too much droop as it is now unless I put the to of the shocks in the lowest position on the shock tower.

I have thought a long time about how to bring this into the open. I
have also given it my best to keep it from getting to this point but
no matter how positive I try to keep things it feels as if I am losing
ground. I have also put a lot of thought into wether I should just
make kit seem as if I am just going to a larger venture or tell the
truth on the matter. I think I owe it to my customers and my team that
I have worked closely with in the USA to give the truth. Someone may
try to pop up and say different but those who have worked closely with
us will know the truth in all this. I have truly given 110% for OCM
and tried my best to make this all I could.

At this point I can no longer be a part of OCM in any fashion. I feel
like the are not keeping in a positive direction. It seems to many
mistakes have been made over and over and I am always told it will be
fixed but it never is. The end result has been us losing our biggest
support in some of the largest shops in the USA. Once that happened it
all seemed more clear and I realized it was time for me to make sure I
had a way to provide for my wife and kids. I have talked with OCM to
give great ideas, told of formulas I felt would fix problems, and even
offered for them to stay with me and learn this USA business. I have
been negotiating with them for days now to at the least try to get
them to finish up my salary for the month and handle any loose
business ends with customers or team guys in the USA. It seems they
want me to send the product I have back to them and "then" they will
handle everything. Guys, right or wrong I feel like if I do this I
have no way to make right with the guys who may be waiting on product,
my salary, or any loose end that may arise. OCM has a lot of
unfinished business in the USA and being a honest person I can't leave
people hanging who I know work hard for the money they spend. I
offered to do a complete inventory of the nearly $50k in product I
have left, pack, ship and provide proof that the product is sitting
with a shipper waiting to be shipped to the OCM factory if they will
simply pay half of my monthly salary and send me $2250, and finish up
a few loose ends. For some reason they insist that I send it first and
of course then it will all be handled. My gut tells me to go against
that as it seems a little much. It seems wierd that they are not
willing to handle less than $5k usd in turn for $50k in product and
insist I send first. OCM offered to pay me once product arrived and
then said I should provide email addresses for the customers who are
owed product. I still feel most importantly that this will not be
handled. I feel sure once I do this OCM will then vanish.

Guys, I hope OCM will follow through and handle all this the correct
way. After talking to legit sources in Taiwan, the USA, and even
talking with OCM I truly feel like OCM has not and will not do honest
business. Most of this I have learned very recently and came to a big
suprise to me. As I talk with other parts of the world I notice they
have had the same problems as well. If they do not make good I will do
as I see fit with the product I have to make right with customers,
drivers, etc in the USA.

So if you are owed product or anything please make sure to email me @
teamocmracingusa@gmail.com. Pleas understand I have only and always
simply been a employee for OCM ltd. I have limited control but will
make sure to do my personall best to handle your situation.

I also am personally very thankfull to work with most of all the guys
who have helped build this up. I am also very sorry as I feel like I
lead you into something destine for failure. I think we had a great
and growing product but in a competitive business like this in the USA
it has to be a legit, proffesional, business that is willing to make
proper investments that in the end will result in profits. I now truly
feel as if many of the smaller companies operate in the same fashion
and they to will most likely suffer the same fate.

One thing is this...all the large companies as in Mugen, Losi, Kyosho,
AE, XRAY, and even HB are large companies, have business minded people
behind the wheel, run legit business, advertise, promote, field large
teams, and strive to produce the perfect product in the USA and all
over the world. This I know as a fact. I have had the pleasure to race
for and meet many of these people. It all started because I felt like
I possesed enough qualities to make a difference with a "small"
company.

Guys, I wish you all the best. Thanks for supporting me, working with
me and for all the help provided. Please do not hesitate to send me a
email if we need to get something worked out, again...I will do my
best. Again I am sorry, but with my father becoming ill and my
grandmother I just refuse to play games any longer. I can just pray
something larger comes of this and spend time with my family and have
fun

Thanks!

AB

This is not directed at Alan in any way. He has always done right by me. But now WTF are we supposed to do? I just bought 2 buggies and a bunch of parts. Now I have a ride that will most likely me dead in the US? No customer support? Alan has to do what is right for him and I don't blame him for a second. But now everyone who invested in this brand is basically screwed.

Alan, I wish you the best and hope things turn out great for you. I am sure they will. I sent you an email earlier today regarding some things. I am hopeing you can still help me out. Thanks again and good luck in your new ventures.

I'm a team driver from down under as you guys say. I'm sorry if i caused disrespect to you Alan but i didn't mean it that way.

But imo it is always good for a fresh start, just like the new Ozzie PM it was time for a fresh start even though he might be a bit of a douche, good nonetheless.

What happens to all of the customers and team drivers here now? Where will parts support come from? Someone needs to address these question rather quickly I think.
