Hey Pooldoc, I got my OCM Truggy from Jeff Werner. He's out of KS. Just got it delivered the other day. Apparentlly, only had one racing day on it according to Jeff. He was a team driver and has since moved to a diff company after the whole Burton fiasco went down. Highlly recommend him if you ever buy something from him. Package came real quick. Btw, the wd40 thing works real good,so does using purple rain(lub & degreaser). Picked those up from seeing Saxton in the pits one time when he used to run for Mugen years ago.

OCMACE94, I thought that was where it came from, he offered it to me also, just couldn't afford it right then. You'll like the truggy, now that parts are available things are really looking up.

Chris,
The arms I have are very stiff, no doubt about it. They were the arms that AB held the truggies up for. He did some testing on them off the truck and was able to snap quite a few of them. After boiling, they do get a little softer.
If the new arms feel soft to you, I definitely need to order some of those arms. I'll probably get 2 sets of OCM front and lower arms to try.

I can't believe all this talk (criticism) about the a truggy that hasn't even been released to the public yet.
If OCM were happy with it, they'd release it..fullstop. If you guys have got your hands on one by a team driver selling his, I don't see how bagging OCM as a company is warranted.

I own this truggy and I'm not bashing OCM, now that parts for it are here, I can continue to run it. It has been released in europe, in fact european distributors have been very helpful to me personally, getting me parts even the USA distributor couldn't or wouldn't.

I just bought this truggy too and it is built very nice. I've been racing for about 12 years and OCM has a great product. I've been thru Mugen/OFNA/Xray and now OCM. And I would vote OCM near the top of that list as far as quality of parts and craftmanship, availability of parts hasn't been a problem until here recentlly. I picked up Jeff Werner's truggy last week and plan on running it tomorrow, but by the looks of it, it will do the job. Let everyone bash if they want too. Sure your Mugen's Xray/ Losi, AE, all have there following but if you put a OCM Evo in the hands of Adam Drake/Truhe/Saxton/or Kortz you'd see it in the winner's circle too and it would have larger following than it does. And if anyone has any problems getting parts contact vnmsgt or check his site. He's very helpful.

Hey Paul, truggy is the best, now that I can get parts I can run it a lot harder, without worrying about breakage. Shocks don't leak a bit so I don't think they'll need rebuilt anytime soon.
Blew the front diff about a month ago, had to order parts from europe to fix it. BR, Parry
