Have you tried the mugens? I was told by someone who should know that the mugen diff works, just gotta dremel chassis so it doesn't rub.

yeh ,Guys over here have tried,I take it that Mugen F/R Crown is bigger.Thing is the ratio is still not right doing that, Centre Spur needs more teeth and u cant as will hit radio tray and protrude below chassis.Has to be done with Pinion and F/R crown IMO.

I am pretty sure the Caster diff gears should work but have not tried them yet. Gearing is still not the same as the stock OCM though.

Mugen is 10/46 pinion/ ring, same as OCM. I have a set at home I've test fit. It rubs the chassis, but that can be dremeled out. Mugen ring gear looks a lot lighter too, you have to use the whole diff though, but the gear ratio appears to be the same.

If something they do not have you can PM me and see if I got it. I will have inventory up on my site soon so PM me for now. Thanks
Like I said before, I am more than willing to sell you all the OCM parts I have in stock at my cost if you wish. Then you can resell them for normal prices to your customers. It would be a win-win for everyone, as we get rid of our stock and you get to avoid having us undercut you on prices, and can make money on the parts you do sell .

Here are a couple pics of my Truggy I just got. Look familiar? Had to install a new radio tray and radio box because they were missing. Also waiting to remove the diffs to see what diff gears were being used, Mugen or OCM? Anybody want to make a wager which one?

I'd say OCM diffs with Mugen arms...The OCM are ok if you boil them...
