Default WERKS TL21B7 PRO

i had no luck in the nitro engine zone so il try this one, i`ve put around 10 tanks or 1 litre(1/4 of a gallon)threw my new werks b7 pro broken in with heat cycle method and it wont let me go in any further then 6turns on the top and the bottom is perfect at 2turns,with the idle stop at .7 of a mill gap,any further in on top and she lean bogs because of the metal pinch, the plug is black from to rich instead of a nice gold, telling me im way of race lean ,can any one tell me where there top and bottom screws are set just for a reference thx in advance

If you don't get any repsonses I would suggest Emailing Werks, they are very helpful when it comes to their engines and tuning them.

On high end I am 1/2 to 3/4 turns out from flush. I am using a OD 97T plug. I would say start 3/4 turn out from flush and go in if needed. I am running a 6.5mm carb insert instead of the stock 8mm.

Thanks,
Casey

If you still have metal pinch I would run it more to get that gone then try the race tune over.

With a super tight motor like the B7 break will probably not be totally done until around 3-4 litres of fuel. It takes a long time to break the pinch in that motor.

My TLB7 took about 1.5 gallons to get rid of 90% of the metal pinch.

Mine is the Team Line version, yours is the pro, needle settings will be different.
Base settings for the team line is 6.5 turns out on the bottom and 8.5 on the top.
Those settings will be fat.

I hope that helps ya.

Dayton
