Default Nitro New Guy

Hey all i'm new to the nitro offroad truggy scene. I live in Kingman and want to get out and start racing. 17 years ago I used to race the 1/10 electric off road buggy and monster truck. I'm going to be running a Hot Bodies LSP-R with alot of mods to make it competitive. I want to know what the best size engine for my rig. Right now I have the stock HB .26 engine and a Mach .26. Thanks in advance

A good .21 will be the best for fuel economy and usable power. Do yourself a favor and buy a novarossi.

for 250. the Jammin JPX .21s are a smoking motor. OS is always good. just depends on how much you want to throw at a motor/pipe combo.

Dont become overwhelmed with the many choices in high-end .21's. I would highly recommed a motor from some of the guys in here selling them...some are new...some are used. I bought a used V-Spec from a fellow RCTech member and let me tell you this thing rocks.
I have a modded PX5,and the V-Spec...both are incredible motors. Theres a couple .21's up fpr sale in here now...look deep and you'll find great deals....any Novarossi or OS will do you right and turn that LSP into a missle. Good Luck
