At the bottle printed "do not use after run oil" that is really BS, my engine's internal corroded like hell after half gallon of usage. i'm using 25%. the fumes are terrible... don't let the smoke enter your eyes.. it hurts.. one thing i like about this fuel is, the engine runs cooler and powerful.

If you like Sidewinder, then try Werks Racing, your engine temps will drop significantly, which means you can lean for more power, it will make a HUGE difference in performance that is easily noticable to even a n00b racer such as myself. Werks Racing 30% fuel in my WS7iii is "off da' hook"

Same here, I ran a whole gallon of SideWinder with no after run and it came out fine. Turns everything inside the engine pink but that's the film residue it leaves behind. The proverbial "corrosion inhibitor"

Only reason I stopped using it is because I ran out and couldn't find it. Even heard a rumor that Morgan Fuels had stopped production on SideWinder

I have used Sidewinder fuel for about three years now. I use to use it in all my cars (onroad and offroad) but now use it exclusively in my offroad stuff. I use Byron's in my onroad engines now. Both fuels are nearly identical.

i discovered that its castor oil that makes the fumes smell nice. synthetic oil makes it stink and hurt your eyes.

I ran Sidewinder starting last winter. When I first got it I loved it. Excellent smoke, good power, stable tune. On my third gallon of it, my motor started ghost flaming during a series race. I was stumped. Tried a different gallon of fuel and the problem disappeared. Chalked it up to bad luck and bought a different gallon of Sidewinder. That gallon was fine. The next gallon, my ghost flameouts came back. Switched to a different fuel and the flameouts vanished again.

I've now switched to Byron's. I can't deal with the inconsistency in the Sidewinder, even though I love the fuel when I get a good gallon of it.

Your mileage and experience may vary.

P.S. After run is not required. I've run about 3 gallons of Sidewinder through two V-Specs with no after run and there's not a speck of rust to be found.

I'm on my third gallon of sidewinder and I love it. You just have to put an assload of speed scent in it.
