You dont have gas in your car, and you expect it to START?

You sound pretty young, and very inexperienced with RC.

So take the advice that has been repeated NUMEROUS times in this thread and TAKE IT TO YOUR HOBBY STORE and ask them to help you.

no im not i took out the glow plug and pluged to the blue wire and started it and no red glow on the glow plug does this mean its out?

Yes, if the glow plug does not glow red, it means the plug is shot OR your glow igniter is low or dead. Again, take it to where you bought it or your LHS for help.

i cant i live 3 hours from where i brought and my parents refuse where can i buy new glow plugs?

i think traxxas has a hotline number you can call. they will help you on whatever you need. you can also buy glow plugs at towerhobbies.com
