Default Need help on SH .21 buggy engine

Hi all, need your help of nitro engine. My cousion got his 2nd hand buggy which come with SH.21 engine. When start it running very fine and the compression still good. But after he run for 2 week maybe around 12 to 15 tanks, the engine can't running fine. Like like to stall by itself. I already try to increase the idle but still same. I swap my glow plug but the problem still remain.
But I feel that the compression not so good already. Not tight, quite easy to turn the engine one cycle. What I plan to do next is set to 3 out from end on LSN and HSN and set from there with new glow plug. I found that bottom of the button head got 2 shim, can I take out one? Please advise and thanks in advance.
