Buggy: Losi 8
Motor: RB S7
Option: Non box stock setup
Pros: that car is light, turn on a dime
Cons: the cva pins fall out sometimes

Conclusion: I am very pleased with my car I drove a x1cr fte last season and was pleased with that also but my switch was a good one and helped me as a driver. I ran kyosho for a few years and was pleased with them so if I had to say my favorite by far is the losi.
Question are you in the market for a buggy ????

Buggy model: Jammin CR FTE

Advanteges: Stronge, very seldom does it break, You can tune it to any track, tons of help from the pros online. good setup sheets.
It's one of the top 4 buggys out there. Jammin, Mugen, Kyosho, Losi in no specific order are what most guys run and for good reasons. not to many disadvantages if you stick with one of these 4 brands.

Disadvantages: I don't really know? The CR platform is a few years old but I don't know if thats really a disadvantage. that just means more buggys are out there and that means cheap parts for the guys who own them

General opinion/Additional comments: I have raced all forms of RC 1/8 buggy Is by far the funest fastest largest class of racing and I love it.

Looking for a buggy or parts PM me.

Buggy: Xray XB8 TQ

Tuning Included: 99% of what you’ll need comes in the box!

Pros: Tough! I haven’t broken a part and it’s second season, Extremely tunable Parts quality is outstanding.

Cons: Parts support if your LHS doesn’t deal with Xray direct is all online ordering, but I’ve just had to replace normal wear items.

My Opinion: Buy one and you’ll like especially if you have 1/8 experience. It’s easy to work on and a proven chassis/suspension layout. I had a MBX5 Prospec previously and thought I wouldn't like anything else however the more I have race it the more I like it. I’m tempted to try a Losi 8 but mostly because it’s the kid on the block.

Mugen MBX5R
Engine RB C6
SET UP- Has lotaballs front pivots, racers edge aluminum shock ends and anti lock brakes. set up mix between Vray/Hughes set up with some help of a couple other mugen team drivers that looked the car over.
Pros- Car is Very easy to drive excellerates probably better than i can handle it. VERY tough Low parts wear.

CONS- Only parts i have ever broke are shock ends, still learning how to push the car. could be lighter/geared lower.

Comments- Car parts wear very well and doesnt get slop. Car goes where you put it-no ifs ands or buts about it. Great car for a begineer or more relaxed style of driving that has potential to be as good as the driver. only other issues i have ever had werent car dependant as it was more getting into a "nitro" maintainance program.

Team Losi 8ight

RB WS7-II

Pros: The car is awesome. It has amazing steering and the rough track handling is phenomenal. Oh it rocks out on a blue grooved track as well. The car is SUPER durable, I have own 2 8ights and have never broken a thing. Car is rock solid and the wear is minimal

Cons: Well it maybe a con for some, it that this car is a drivers car, the car is meant to be driven smoothly. If you push it a little its okay, but it you really really push the car you are only going to go slower.

Upgrades: a 3A/3T toe plate in the rear. Thats it.

I am really partial to the car because I have won some big races with it and it fits my driving style perfectly. I am an old school electric racer, so this car naturally appeals to me.

Buggy Model: Losi 8ight

Engine: O.S. V-Spec

Tuning included: None so far, I've even run the cars box stock setup with great results on seven different tracks this year minus changes like tires.

Advanteges: Great steering all around, handles both rough and smooth surfaces well, generally easy to drive, parts are easily accessible via LHS.

Disadvantages: I honestly can't think of any.

General opinion/Additional comments: Can't go wrong with an 8ight.

UPDATE: SOLD MY BUGGY.
I'm strickly truggy now. sorry

Buggy: Jammin Cr pro edition 05. UPDATE: SOLD

Tuning included:
Pretty much stock. Jammin made a product where most upgrades were included. Running a RB S7 w/Jammin JP1 pipe. I have stiffiners, Blocks and installed captive bolts (replaced all "E" clips).

Advantages:
When I bought it, it was the hottest thing out. Parts are almost everywhere. The Buggy is still one of the fastest out there (I think). Plus I have the Jammin truggy which some parts are interchangable.

Disadvantages:
My Jammin is getting old. Still a damn good platform.

General opinion:
I like the Jammin. Mine is the first edition. I really don't race it much. My focus has been on truggys. At the track, most guys have switched to the Losi or XRay. The Jammin pro kit is out there doing major dammage and handling things just fine. I like the Ofna product because of parts support and ease of matinence. I ran it for two seasons and haven't broken a thing.

Losi 8IGHT

Engine - P5xs

Tuning - Basically started with stock and adjusted to my liking with a 3A/3T plate in rear .

Pros - Excellent buggy light and turns on a dime .

Cons- Had mine for over a year and haven`t had any problems with mine besides the steering rack wearing .

I`ve had many buggies and so far prefer this one
