Offroad newbie, which RTR buggy?

I know for my clubs rules, as well as CORCS (Canadian Off-Road Championship Series) they allow a buggy to have whatever engine came in it (.26, .28 etc) only if it is the stock RTR motor that is in the car.
Its allowed to let people into the hobby easier, and not have to spend $2000 for a pro-spec buggy.
