Default pull start problem

can anyone help me i have not used my hot lava pro car for about three weeks, now i cannot pull the pull start it is absolutely solid ive taken the glow plug out but still solid. the car was working fine the last time i used it

can you see in the glow plug hole to see if the piston is froze in top dead center??

I am thinking the same thing as Dave, it sounds like you left the piston at TDC. Once the engine cooled the piston got pinched in the sleeve.

Also did you use any after run oil?

maybe it could have rusted inside? i don't know the materials though. if not rust, sometimes bike parts 'weld' themselves together through chemical processess (don't ask me!). could be that too.

heat the engine up to about 175 to 200F with a heat gun and then try to pull it over....

open up the engine completely and clean it out, then take your pull starter out and get a rotostarter or a starter box.

hi thanks for your help the piston was in tdc and was stuck in the barrel, i used the hair dryer method which seemed to do the trick
