You can probably get that one to work. Of all the starter boxes out there, I recommend the Mugen starter box and Team Magic X5 Turbo II. There is a newer ofna blue starter box that is pretty damn good too.

go with the new OFNA Truggy box. Its the best box for the 8t right now because the losi box isnt out.

Unless they push it back again, the Losi box hits the shelves next friday...

Thats what I'm waiting for, the Mugen box is a close 2nd.

The AE box should work, works for my buggy, gas truck, and truggy.

The Ofna truggy box is freakin' awesome. I have it for my 8ight and I love it. Tons of power and the buggy fits great.

How big is the wheel on that box, any issues with the small flywheel opening on the 8ight?

Actually it fits great. My chassis is dremeled a little from my last box but there is no rubbing or anything so far. Of all of the boxes that I have ever seen/used on an 8ight this by far is the best setup to me, IMO.

Normally I would tell you to go to the Team Associated site and look up the instructions on how to set up their box. It's so simple to do: http://aedownloads.com/downloads/ins...starterbox.pdf
this should get you up and working.

I'm surprised that you didn't get the instructions when you bought the box, or was it used?
